Hearthstone opened its doors on North Main Street in 1987, when Earl and Mary Whitfield decided Monticello deserved a furniture store as warm and honest as the people who live here.

Nearly four decades later, their son Caleb runs the store with his wife Anna and a team of neighbors who treat every customer like family. We carry brands we'd put in our own homes — and we stand behind every piece we sell.
